Where is The Patternholic based?

My humble studio is located on the sunny island of Singapore.

Are all of the patterns shown on the website created by The Patternholic?

Yes, all patterns found on the website are created by and belong to The Patternholic.

How are your products made?

All my fabric products are lovingly handmade by various creatives (you can find their information in the description section for each product). This is why there are no two pieces with the same print placement i.e. some motifs may be present more dominantly in a certain piece compared to others. So please keep that in mind when you make a purchase! Exchanges based on the preference of prints placement is not allowed.

Why do all your products have limited quantities?

All products are made in limited quantities because I’m a small business and would like to avoid having any dead stock, which is a waste of our precious resources.

What is the currency shown on the website?

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.

Sustainability

Tell me a bit more about your packaging policy.

As part of my effort to make sustainability a part of my business, I try to minimise plastic usage by using recycled packaging for some orders. However, please note that at this point, I am unable to fully eradicate the use of plastic in my packaging. As such, some of the orders may arrive in either standard (nonbiodegradable) or biodegradable mailers depending on the delivery method (normal or tracked mail) and size of the package.
