Where do you ship?

At the moment, I am only able to ship within Singapore.

What are your shipping rates?

For all purchases below $35 in a single order: A flat fee of $2 will be charged for normal mailing (untracked) via SingPost or $4 for courier delivery (tracked) via Ninja Van.

For purchases that are $35 and above in a single order: Complimentary courier delivery is provided. Use code: "FREESHIPPING35" when checking out.

When can I expect to receive my order?

I aim to process and mail out all orders within 1-3 business days. Hence, the estimated delivery time of your order will be between 4-7 business days from the point payment of your order is made.

Please note that The Patternholic is a one-women show. I handle all aspects of the business; from designing to production, inquiries, and packaging of orders. While I always aim to complete your orders as fast as I can, I seek your understanding in the event of any delays.

Also, please avoid providing shipping addresses that are due to be changed within 2-weeks.

I provided the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Kindly ensure that your order details and addresses provided at checkout are accurate. The Patternholic will not be responsible for any lost (or damaged) mail, and for any items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer during checkout.

However, please contact me immediately if you realize that there are errors with the address and provide me with your order number and the correct shipping address so that I can make the necessary changes if the parcel has not been sent out.

Do note that I will not be able to make changes to the shipping address once the item has been mailed out.  If the parcel is lost due to inaccuracies with the address provided, I will not be able to offer a refund. If I am able to get the item back, the return mail will be chargeable for re-shipping.

I received the wrong items. What should I do?

If you were sent the wrong item, please notify me within 5 days of receiving your order and I will resolve the issue.
