I just changed my mind, can I cancel an order?

I strongly recommend that you verify all items in your cart before checking out. Once payment has been made, orders are not applicable for cancellation, returns, or exchanges.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

The Patternholic takes utmost care in packing your orders and ensuring you receive your items in their original and mint condition. However, please note that The Patternholic does not have any control over what happens to your package during transit. But if an item arrives damaged, do contact me within 5 days of the date of receipt and provide me photos of the packaging, damage, your order number. I will be happy to assist and work with you towards finding a solution.

I think my item is lost.

Lost mail will only be compensated if you have opted for the registered mail. The Patternholic will not be liable for lost orders via normal mail. 

I’m not really liking the print placement in my piece. Can I exchange it for another piece?

Exchanges for a different preference of prints is strictly not available.
